Better World Books is an innovative social business that collects up unwanted books and sells them online in support of charities working on literacy both at home and abroad. We’re not a traditional company with an add-on "cause" component. Social and environmental responsibility are at the core of our business. We redistribute or recycle any books we can't sell and strive to make our impact on the world as positive as is humanly possible.

The launch of Better World Books in the UK represents our first expansion outside the USA.
